My new favorite cake, it fed 200 people! Top tier was red velvet cake with chocolate ganache filling and cream cheese filling. 2nd and 4th tier were vanilla cake with vanilla italian meringue buttercream. 3rd tier was Devils food chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and chocolate italian meringue butter cream.
Each tier has a different design which made this cake fun and unique, the quinceanera decided on polka dots on the bottom and i was a bit unsure of it but it actually came out nice!
