The cookies were Vanilla Almond, Milk Chocolate and peanut butter sugar cookies!
High Heels, big and small, little dresses, rounds with a 16 on them. Some were dusted with edible disco dust in baby pink :)

Dinosaur Land Cake

This cake was made for my neighbor's little boy. It was such a fun and DELICIOUS cake! the cake was Vanilla with chocolate ganache marbled into the batter and baked....i must say it was truly one of my best flavors ever! gooey chocolate marbled into vanilla cake, a layer of ganache filling in the middle and topped with chocolate AND vanilla swiss meringue icing!

The letters were melting candy and the rocks were jelly bean rocks! The volcano was made of fondant and red sugar gel and the lake was blue sugar gel

Blue Zebra Cake ((2010 Cake))

This is an old picture from last year, this cake was so fun to make i think i stayed up till 5 A.M. making this for a good friend of mine ;) This cake was one where i really got to express colorful creativity by combining my favorite zebra print with a beautiful blue color. As you can see it isn't perfect but for a beginner i think it looks great :)

My good friend Hope helped me make these zebra stripes, I'm always fascinated by this print, it goes with everything and i love! love! love! to put it on a cake so when I'm asked to do it i get very excited!

Cheetah Print Cake

This cake was really fun to make, its a strawberry chiffon cake with strawberry filling, strawberry sauce, and strawberry Italian meringue icing, this cake is best eaten at room temperature due to the nature of the icing. It is then when all the flavors of this cake give your taste buds its BEST!

I could have made the bow bigger but i didn't want to take away the hand painted detail of the cheetah spots.

LOVED hand painting the spots, i got to truly express my inner artist this way :)

Red and Black Zebra and Stars Quinceanera Cake

This is probably my most favorite of any cake i have ever made, it was a cake for my two cousins who combined their parties into one and i was asked to make the cake, i made this cake in Alvin Texas, a very humid location, i was really happy to find that the humidity didn't kill my cake! The bottom layer is Devils Food Chocolate filled with a gooey milk chocolate fudge center, the two middle layers are vanilla cake with vanilla bean diplomat cream and real strawberries! the top tier was chocolate devils food with a chocolate meringue butter cream filling! all four covered in Fondant. I LOVE the stars i inserted into the cake on the sides... i had a simple design drawn and several extra decorations made and i literally just started improvising as i went along, originally the cake was to have feathers on top and a zebra ribbon border, but i found a soccer border that was the perfect touch of Emily's personality and i just omitted the feathers for the stars i made earlier in the week. I have never been more proud of any cake as i am of this one!

The Alize Cake

This was my very first cake for 2011, i applied all the learned knowledge Chef taught me to create this beautiful cake :) Inside is Vanilla cake filled with Raspberry Flavored Diplomat Cream and Fresh Raspberries. The cake was then iced in vanilla flavored Italian Meringue Butter Cream and covered in vanilla fondant. It was quite a hit!

The Celeste Cake

This is a spin off of the Alize design, the name was too big to fit on top so i redid the design and the customer LOVED it! Inside is Strawberry Chiffon cake filled with strawberry flavored Italian Meringue Buttercream and a thin layer of strawberry puree coating each layer. So YuMmY!!!
Side view of the cake, i love how straight the square cakes are!
