Red and Black Zebra and Stars Quinceanera Cake

This is probably my most favorite of any cake i have ever made, it was a cake for my two cousins who combined their parties into one and i was asked to make the cake, i made this cake in Alvin Texas, a very humid location, i was really happy to find that the humidity didn't kill my cake! The bottom layer is Devils Food Chocolate filled with a gooey milk chocolate fudge center, the two middle layers are vanilla cake with vanilla bean diplomat cream and real strawberries! the top tier was chocolate devils food with a chocolate meringue butter cream filling! all four covered in Fondant. I LOVE the stars i inserted into the cake on the sides... i had a simple design drawn and several extra decorations made and i literally just started improvising as i went along, originally the cake was to have feathers on top and a zebra ribbon border, but i found a soccer border that was the perfect touch of Emily's personality and i just omitted the feathers for the stars i made earlier in the week. I have never been more proud of any cake as i am of this one!
